The hotel offered us a suite that smelled musty and damp, but it had a nice living area with a sofa, TV, and a balcony. The service was attentive, sociable, and extremely helpful, especially Tameka Nichde who went out of her way to assist us. The location was convenient, being close to major highways, but caution was advised about going out after dark. The dining experience was not ideal as we were charged for chocolate muffins that should have been complimentary.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The check-in for my room took longer than expected, and the room provided was not what I had reserved initially. Despite these issues, the room I eventually stayed in was very nice. The service from the staff was overwhelmingly friendly, which is a huge plus. However, there was an unfortunate encounter with one staff member who was extremely rude. The location was convenient for my needs, although it could be challenging to find at night. The dining options were mediocre, lacking variety, but the high quality dishes made up for it.
